Adding Contacts (People)

Because there are usually far more contacts than there are properties in estate agent software, adding potential buyers and tenants is one of the most common things done within an agency. For this reason, we have made adding contacts very easy.

After entering a contact’s basic details, you simply specify their requirements using a price range, along with configurable drop down lists and check boxes. You can enter as much or as little information as needed—after all, not all buyers purchase what they thought they wanted. Email addresses are important here, as this allows you to email property matches directly to applicants as soon as the vendor has approved the information.
